Workshop

During the process of manufacture we welcome a visit to the workshop by you, ensuring that you are happy with the pieces that are being made, or if required we can send you photos of the pieces in progress. We will also keep you up to date as manufacture progresses.

Over many years William Garvey have put a lot of investment into machinery to make us more cost effective. We have a 3 axis CNC machine, veneer cutters, large veneer presses and a massive vacuum press to help us form complex curved shapes.

Once the pieces have been signed off by your project manager they will be carefully wrapped and crated before being delivered to site, and if required installed by our installation team.

Our Finance team will provide you with clear invoicing throughout the project, from the initial deposit to the final payment, all clearly laid out and easy to follow.

And when the project is over we don’t stop there. We will always ensure you are happy with the process and furniture that we have provided by following up with you how the project went, and how we could do better. We are constantly striving to improve our service and your comments will always be welcome.
