Designer: Katharine Pooley
The design team at Katharine Pooley requested beautiful finishes and veneers for this prestigious project in Qatar. After careful surveying William Garvey provided detailed drawings, then made, delivered and installed the furniture to the villa in Doha.
The open wardrobes and cabinets in the dressing rooms were supplied with fixed shelves with down-lighters and sliding mirror panels. The cabinet walls were in Indian Rosewood, with Japanese fabric panels and included drawers with Rosewood interiors and glass fronts.
The master bathroom vanity unit was also made of Rosewood with a marble top and bronze inlay.
In the master bedroom the paneling included a recessed TV with a framing of Rosewood and metal inlay.
The Children’s playroom was finished in painted MDF and included cantilevered shelves, a desk top and single drawer unit.
You receive the highest quality of service with William Garvey from the start, having great communication right through to the finish, with the well packaged, perfectly manufactured furniture. As well as follow up calls to ensure you are happy after the installation too. If and when there are hiccups along the way, as there often is in a design process, they were very timely in getting it to our liking.
