Geo single waterproof wooden bath
A refined form with a lower profile, the Geo single bath reflects the familiar proportions of a traditional bathtub while bringing a completely new materiality to the experience. This bath has a removable backrest and is supported on two adjustable bearers.
The Geo single waterproof bath is available in a choice of hardwoods including teak, maple, cedar, oak and walnut.
We offer three finishes for the Geo Single bath:
High Performance Lacquer – available in teak, maple, cedar, oak and walnut.
- This finish is a specially formulated PU lacquer with 10% gloss level.
- Our lowest maintenance finish.
- Can be cleaned with standard limescale removers that are non-abrasive and do not contain bleach.
- Please consider – should the lacquer be damaged, exposing the timber, it would need to be promptly repaired professionally.
Hot wash – available in teak and walnut.
- A hotwash finish is timber in its most natural state. Our hotwash process ensures the timber stays smooth and tactile even when repeatedly wetted. Hotwashed teak and walnut will gently patinate over time.
- Ensures longevity and water tightness, even if heavy or sharp objects land on it.
- Can be cleaned with Vim scouring powder and microfibre cloths working with the grain direction.
- Please consider – the unprotected nature of the timber means it can be prone to staining.
Oil – available in teak and walnut.
- Our oiled baths and sinks are finished with a biocide free, vegetable based, food safe teak oil.
- Easy application of oil for maintenance and refreshment of the finish.
- Ensures longevity and water tightness, even if heavy items and sharp objects are dropped.
- Simple cleaning with a microfibre or non-abrasive cloth in direction of the grain. Chemical cleaners not recommended.
- Please note that this finish requires regular oil application for effective protection.
